East Bay Motorsports, established in 2001, is the Bay Area's premier power sports dealership.We represent the following brands at our East Bay location: Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Polaris, CF Moto, and KTMWe are in search for a Staff Accountant that is attentive to detail, thorough, possess a strong work ethic, and is professional and courteous when working with others.Job Responsibilities:Supports accounting operations by completing end of day cash reconciliationsMaintains accounting records by making copies and filing documentsReconciles bank statements by comparing statements with the general ledgerMaintains accounting databases by entering AR and AP into LightSpeed - our accounting softwareEntering new major unit inventory into LightSpeed and paying off sold unitsFinalizing deals and tracking funding on deals that are financed The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with sensitive financial information, whether it's information for the company or for individualsThe willingness and ability to comply with local, state, and federal financial regulations, as well as the regulations established by the company itselfQualifications/Skills:Familiarity with LightSpeed is a plus Accounting knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and OutlookReporting skillsSolid communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writingOrganization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependabilityEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:University/college degree in a related discipline is preferred Previous accounting experience Benefits:-- Medical-- Dental-- Vision-- Life-- Accident-- Hospital and critical illness insurance-- 401(k)-- Paid time offIf you are interested in applying please submit your resume to avelasquez@calmsg.com or apply directly on our website eastbaymotorsports.com under 'Dealer Info' --> 'Employment' PI204837008
