Job Description:

A well-established client of ours is looking to add a full-time billing clerk to their team in the Hayward area. This client offers structured training and room to grow within the company. Job duties for this billing clerk position include keeping track of job profiles, generating/providing charges to obtain accurate PO---s for billing, reviewing project proposals for accurate scope of work, and preparing all job files for the invoicing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills (typing at least 35 wpm), 1-2 years--- experience providing superior customer service, intermediate --- advanced math skills, and excellent communication skills.
