Job Description:

The recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruitment of qualified candidates. The position is responsible for providing the highest level of consultative and expert recruitment services to candidates and hiring managers and leaders in an efficient and effective approach. With direction, plans, implements and conducts a variety of recruitment programs and services; develops recruitment sourcing, outreach and retention strategies for nursing (all areas across continuum and advanced specialty areas), allied health (occupational therapy, speech pathology, physical therapy, respiratory, pharmacy, etc.), business (human resources, finance, IT, etc.), management, and performs other related key activities to market the employment and organizational brand to support the successful placement of candidates. Performs as an expert consultant in the area strategic recruiting and selection, and functions as a specialist in the performance of recruiting assignments and services. Responsibilities include project planning and performance of high-level professional analyses and service in preparing and directing the development

of recruitment and staffing plans. Performs related duties as required.

Four or more years of recruitment experience in a public sector hospital, integrated delivery system or clinical setting. Extensive consultative experience and judgment in planning and accomplishing recruitment and pipeline goals. Track record in providing advice and consultation with clients on a variety or recruitment and selection issues. Success as a high performance and engaged recruitment consultant in a highly customer service oriented and business/client model organization.
