The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in tax preparation and compliance, including individual, corporate, and sales tax filings. Responsibilities: • Prepare and review individual and corporate tax returns to ensure compliance with current regulations. • Manage sales and use tax filings, including accurate reporting and timely submissions. • Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure efficient tax strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for tax preparation and audits. • Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance and identify updates. • Provide guidance and support on tax-related matters to clients and stakeholders. • Maintain organized and accurate records of all tax-related activities and filings. • Assist with resolving tax discrepancies and managing correspondence with tax authorities. • Ensure all deadlines for tax filings and payments are consistently met. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize tax processes and improve efficiency.• Extensive experience in preparing individual and corporate tax returns. • Strong knowledge of sales and use tax regulations and compliance. • Proficiency in tax preparation software and tools. • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate financial data and identify tax-saving opportunities. • Ability to stay updated on evolving tax laws and regulations. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients. • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tax-related tasks. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
