As our business continues to grow, we're seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team and support our accounting operations. Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Staff Accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong understanding of accounting procedures. This role will support key accounting functions, assist with financial reporting, and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Process and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Support external auditors during annual audits and assist with tax preparation documentation Prepare financial reports and variance analyses as requested Help maintain and document internal controls and accounting procedures Maintain fixed asset records and prepare depreciation schedules Support senior accounting staff with special projects and ad hoc reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 3-5 years of accounting experience Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Good communication skills, both written and verbal What We Offer Salary range of $75-90K commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment
