Located in Hayward, CA

Salary: $20.00-$21.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answer phone calls, schedules jobs, research order discrepancies and supports dealers.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

    Skills & Experience:
    • 1-2 years of previous experience as an Office Admin.
    • Data Entry and typing skills.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM preferred
    • Able to handle multi phone line system

      • HS Diploma or GED

        Equipment Used:
        • Phone, Computer, Fax, Scanner

          Qualities Preferred:
          • Gregarious, organized and work with different department leads.
          • Able to demonstrate time management skills
