Job Description ProFloors is a FULL-SERVICE Multifamily Flooring provider that is passionate about having the best team in the industry to provide the best quality installation and service to customers. Profloors is looking for a dynamic, fast paced, organized and attention to detail type person to join the Commercial Flooring team. This role will report directly to the Commercial manager and will play an essential role in the companies day to day operation. a successful candidate will assist in the coordinating of workflow, fast paced, high demand environment with some of the best people in the industry. Role and Responsibilities -- Responsible for supporting the activities of Bid Manager for the commercial bid division of established flooring company -- Strong phone etiquette and professional presence is required -- Ability to multitask, shift gears, and work in a high volume, fast paced environment -- Processing new customer pricing, templates, and customer set up -- Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as updating schedule and bid tracker, updating ERP System, and coordinating tasks across the entire bid process from start to installation, and invoicing accurately. -- Typing, 10-key by touch, and computer fluency is important but will train the right person -- Spanish fluency is a big plus Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills: -- Exemplary communications skills -- Ability to problem solve -- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) -- Typing -- Ten key -- Detail oriented -- Excellent customer service skills and follow up Company Description PROFLOORS IS A FULL SERVICE MULTIFAMILY FLOORING PROVIDER THAT IS PASSIONATE ABOUT HAVING THE BEST TEAM IN THE INDUSTRY TO PROVIDE THE BEST QUALITY INSTALLATION AND SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS
