Job Description Senior Estimator – Water/Wastewater Location: Northern California Employment Type: Full-Time I’m partnering with a well-established water and wastewater general contractor in Northern California to help them find a Senior Estimator with strong experience in municipal infrastructure projects. This role is critical for supporting project success by providing accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates for water, wastewater, and related heavy civil projects. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for water, wastewater, and related infrastructure projects Review plans, specifications, and subcontractor bids to develop accurate proposals Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to refine scope, schedule, and cost assumptions Maintain databases of historical costs, unit pricing, and vendor information Support business development by producing clear, competitive, and timely estimates Qualifications: Proven experience estimating water, wastewater, or heavy civil construction projects Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office The company offers a highly competitive salary, excellent benefits, and clear opportunities for career progression within a respected, high-performing team.
