Job Description Job Description Are you a skilled and motivated laborer looking for work? We are seeking dedicated laborers to join our growing team for a variety of ongoing commercial and residential projects, many of which are shorter-term assignments. If you take pride in your work, adhere to safety standards, and thrive in a dynamic construction environment, we want to hear from you. As a skilled laborer you will be responsible anything from site clean up and preparation to light carpentry work. Must have a construction background and a willingness to show up on time in proper PPE and be ready to work. This is a good opportunity for someone who is willing to take on last minute assignments and is ready to grow their skillset. Safety and Compliance Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Operate power tools and machinery safely and proficiently. Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure standards are met. Requirements Must own and maintain a basic set of hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). Reliable transportation to various job sites within the greater San Jose/Bay Area. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
