The role focuses on site supervision, project scheduling, and maintaining safety and quality control throughout the construction process. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and schedules. Implement and enforce safety compliance measures on site to protect workers and visitors. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure construction meets established standards. Manage contractor relationships and oversee contract management processes. Ensure all work complies with building codes, DSA regulations, and OSHPD-1 compliance requirements. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and school district representatives. Lead and mentor site teams, promoting effective teamwork and communication. Monitor project budgets and assist in financial management to ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or complications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, specifically within healthcare or DSA work Proven expertise in project scheduling and site supervision. Strong knowledge of safety compliance and quality control protocols. Experience with contract management and understanding of building codes and regulations. Familiarity with DSA regulations and OSHPD-1 compliance requirements. Excellent team leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and risk management experience. Ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure financial accountability.
