highly motivated Benefit Payments Services / Inbound customer
service for a job opportunity located in Newark, DE 19713 ( Onsite
) Position Title: Benefit Payments Services / Inbound customer
service Location: Newark, DE 19713 ( Onsite ) Please note this is
the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send
official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Contract duration
: 6 months contract with possible extension Payrate : $26.00 per
hour on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within
this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job
responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard
compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per Job
Responsibilities: Benefit Payment Services assists retirees with
questions regarding their pension payments. We are looking for
enthusiastic individuals who possess a commitment to superior
customer service to join our team of call center professionals.
Duties include: Receiving inbound calls Understanding call
requests, problem solving as needed, and routing if required per
client profile Assisting retirees with questions about their
pension payments, tax forms, withholdings, etc. Sending forms via
mail, fax, and email to participants Qualifications College degree
required Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, internet, and
email. Highly motivated, self starter who can complete functions
with little supervision Strong organization/time management skills
&ability to prioritize Ability to function well in a high
volume environment & multi task Adapts well to change and is a team
player- ability to achieve both individual and group goals Must
have excellent communication skills & telephone etiquette with
customer service focus Excellent attendance record required Must be
willing to work overtime when necessary Responds to customer verbal
and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries.
Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and
expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
