Clinician Educator in Hematology/Assistant or Associate
ProfessorThe Division of Hematology in the Department of Medicine
at Stanford University School of Medicine invites applicants for a
full-time position as a Clinician Educator (Clinical Assistant
Professor or Clinical Associate Professor) to join a dynamic group
of classical hematologists. This position is in a non-tenure
line.The major criteria for appointment for the CE Line shall be
excellence in clinical care, clinical teaching, and institutional
service. Proficiency in classical hematology, including red cell
and platelet disorders and hemostasis/thrombosis is essential. The
applicant is expected to work in collaboration with others in the
Division to provide expertise in the management of hematologic
disorders in the outpatient clinic and inpatient consult service
and to participate in teaching clinical hematology. Applicants must
have an M.D. and be board-eligible or certified in

The expected base pay range for this position
is:HematologyAssistant Professor: $275,000 - $289,000Associate
Professor - $301,000 - $361,000This pay range reflects base pay,
which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. It may not
include all components of faculty compensation or pay from
participation in departmental incentive compensation programs. For
