Job Description Job Description Position requires a Master’s
degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible
for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This position
is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist completing their
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and seeking a rewarding role within
a school setting. The opportunity involves working with diverse
student populations, supporting their communication development
through individualized therapy plans. The role requires a
commitment to relocation and travel to fulfill responsibilities
effectively. Key Qualifications: Certification as a Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP), currently in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with
students, families, and educational staff Ability to design and
implement evidence-based therapy interventions Willingness to
relocate to Newark, DE and travel as necessary for student services
Location: School-based setting in Newark, Delaware
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and
assessments Develop and execute personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
Maintain detailed records and progress reports Participate in team
