Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate, data-driven, team-oriented

emerging as a leader within the industry. It is a pivotal and

expanding operations, supply chain, marketing, software
development, and sales teams.The Network Engineer is responsible
for designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the local and
wide area networks of the company to ensure maximum uptime for
users. The role includes designing system configurations,
documenting and managing the installation of new networks, and
maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary.ESSENTIAL
JOB FUNCTIONS: - Maintains computer networks including servers,
virtual servers, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware.
Performs network maintenance and system upgrades including service
packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. - Installs
and configures network equipment. - Deploy and maintain security
infrastructure, including firewalls, virus protection, no-trust
architectures, email gateways and identity management solutions
(IAM). - Maximizes performance by monitoring and troubleshooting
network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades. -
Troubleshoots, resolves and communicates networking issues to other
employees and management. - Maintain both on-premises and cloud
infrastructures - Implements disaster recovery procedures. -
Maintains current knowledge and understanding of security and
networking best practices to offer the best solutions and
protection to company systems - Other duties as assigned.SPECIAL
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES - Strong Understanding of network
connectivity including SD-WAN and MPLS - Deep understanding of
networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, etc.) -
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network
analytics tools - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced
environment - Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind
and outstanding problem-solving skillsQUALIFICATIONS AND
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS - A Bachelor's degree in computer science,
computer engineering, or related qualification. - 2 years'
experience in network engineering - Experience managing a hybrid
on-prem/cloud model - CISSP Certification a PlusPHYSICAL
DEMANDSThis position requires close visual acuity to perform
activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures;
viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; Ability to perceive
the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without
correction and making fine discriminations in sound. -Must be able
to remain in a stationary position and/or upright, for prolonged
periods of time, traverse stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend,
kneel, stoop, and crouch occasionally during 8-10-hour work shift.
