Job Description:
A company is looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to provide
technical assistance and support to users remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and troubleshoot technical issues reported by
users
Track requests through to resolution and maintain accurate
documentation
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow
up with users
Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience with DevOps, including Infrastructure as
Code and CI/CD
Experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (AWS, GCP,
Azure)
Hands-on experience with Linux environments
Experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role is a
plus
Additional certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
