Manager Job Summary Manage facility operations as single point of
contact for clients ensuring efficient building functionality,
safety compliance, and exceptional customer service. Lead
housekeeping teams, manage vendor relationships, and self-perform
facility requests while driving client KPIs and budget performance.
Key Responsibilities Facilities Management & Client Relations Serve
as liaison between clients and landlord with 24/7 accountability
for assigned buildings Self-perform specific facility service
requests and ensure efficient execution of common processes Conduct
client meetings and monitor customer satisfaction levels in
facility management services Interface with senior and executive
level clients maintaining strong professional presence Safety &
Compliance Establish safety-first culture through training, best
practices, and recognition programs Adhere to Take 2s, Pre-Task
Plans, Safe Operating Practices, Safety Observation tours, and 5
Whys investigations Ensure compliance with regulatory and standard
safety requirements Team & Vendor Management Manage housekeeping
team fostering collaborative environment and maximizing
productivity Manage subcontractors and suppliers ensuring delivery
per contracts and expectations Develop strategies with regional
manager for continuous service delivery improvements Budget &
Performance Manage operating expense budgets and provide monthly
variance reports Initiate purchase order requests for goods and
services Drive performance by meeting client Key Performance
Indicators Required Qualifications: Experience & Skills Proven
facilities management experience with strong professional presence
Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with
senior and executive clients Strong attention to detail and
customer service orientation Ability to self-perform small facility
requests and manage multiple tasks effectively Technical
Competencies Knowledge of maintenance and repair services
Understanding of safety practices and regulatory compliance Budget
management skills with variance reporting capabilities Ability to
manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and
stakeholders Core Competencies Strong organizational and
problem-solving skills Ability to promote safety-first culture
Customer satisfaction focus Preferred Qualifications: Advanced
Experience CMMS systems and facility management software experience
Commercial real estate or corporate facility management background
Capital project planning and vendor contract negotiation experience
Specialized Knowledge Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing,
and building systems Knowledge of sustainability and energy
management programs Experience with OSHA standards and
environmental compliance Working Conditions Commercial facility
environment requiring professional client interaction and hands-on
work. Requires 24/7 accountability with flexibility for emergency
response. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.

sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 100,000.00 –
100,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual
compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined
by various considerations including but not limited to candidate
qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal
