You’ll represent TRIO in the field, providing five-star service backed by top-tier tools, a take-home truck, and full team support. What You’ll Do • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems • Deliver exceptional service on every job • Keep your company vehicle clean and fully stocked • Communicate clearly with dispatch, team, and customers • Manage paperwork, parts, and inventory responsibly • Maintain a clean and professional appearance • Hold or obtain EPA certification and valid driver’s license What You’ll Get • Salary: $85,000–$180,000 (base 25% commission bonuses) • Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 based on experience • Starting techs average $105,000 their first year • Quarterly Hawaii incentive trip for two (based on KPIs) • Review bonuses for customer feedback and job photos • Drive-home vehicle (2023 or newer) gas card • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • Paid holidays and vacation time off • 401(k) with 30% company match • Top-notch tools, technology, and install support • Real career growth to Lead Tech, Field Trainer, or beyond Requirements • Minimum 1 year HVAC service experience (required) • EPA certification (required) • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Positive attitude, clean appearance, and reliable work ethic Schedule • Full-time • Monday–Friday Ready to Apply?
