Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Required Fields of Study : Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science Additional Educational Requirements : Other relevant fields of study may be considered Minimum Years of Experience : 5 year(s) Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred : Master Degree Preferred Fields of Study : Business Administration/Management Certification(s) Preferred : Certifications in database programming such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc. and/or data visualization certifications such as Tableau and PowerBI Certifications within cloud technology platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc. Certifications within predictive modeling and/or machine learning platforms such as Python, SAS, etc. Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader with business consulting projects, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including the following areas: Using analytics tools, such as Excel (advanced skills preferred), Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, etc.; Possessing proven data analysis, storytelling with data, and other data manipulation experience; Understanding of business transaction environment, such as divestitures, mergers and acquisitions; Reviewing client contracts with outside vendors such as distributor, supply, logistics services and quality agreements, and customers; Possessing experience reviewing contract terms and conditions and/or involvement in the contract negotiation process; Thinking analytically, strategically, and apply sound business judgment for purposes of identifying an entity---s or individual---s subtle risk features and/or identifying and addressing client needs; Navigating multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, cross-functional, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment; Identifying and addressing client needs including building relationships with clients, developing an awareness of Firm services, communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks and, communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor; Understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback, providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff; Managing aspects of client engagements including directing, reviewing, developing and managing technical staff; Providing direction, coaching and guidance to staff; Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of audiences, clients and internal staff and management; Synthesizing issues for leadership team; Managing project workstreams and developing proposals, deliverables and reports using the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Multi-tasking and balancing time effectively, keeping a rapid pace without sacrificing quality Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and, Understanding of the sourcing/procurement process and Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM).
