management standards. As a SalesDirector,you will have considerable
responsibility in providing supervisory oversight in a large
territory within the United States and be a people manager for
Territory Managers within your assigned region. In addition to
ensuring that the sales performance of the region both meets and
exceeds IronRidge's targets, you will play a key role in managing
relationships, both with your direct reports, and also those of the
partners and installers that we have in the region. What You'll Do
Develop, coach, and mentor a team of Territory Managers Lead sales
team to exceed sales metrics, including Sales Bookings and
Forecasting Accuracy Analyze partner needs, present innovative
proposals, and translate them into tangible solutions alongside
internal and external stakeholders Utilizing internal and external
data to identify installer product and market opportunities.
Cultivate and close specific residential installer opportunities
within the region. Work within the region, across territories and
with the local IronRidge Territory Managers to increase market
penetration and win opportunities Cultivate new and lasting
relationships with installers within the region and work with
Territory Manager for product flow through the local distribution
network Manage and ensure success of established and new Special
Pricing Agreements within the region Employ Salesforce to manage
your accounts, opportunities and reporting Be an integral part of
the Sales Region and help to execute on strategy, initiatives and
launches designed to increase market penetration What You'll Bring
10+ Years of Distribution Sales Management experience
Solar/PV/Renewable Energy experience strongly preferred Ability to
develop and execute sales strategies, KPI's, Metrics Strong
leadership skills - successful experience leading a team of direct
reports Clear communication and strong presentation skills - both
oral and written Highly developed skillset within Microsoft Excel
and PowerPoint Strong financial acumen, including in-depth
financial analysis and result impact to business Travel up to 70%
of the time Commitmentto the mission of Esdec Solar Group Where
You'll be Located This role works remotely, however we require you
to reside within the territory you'll be overseeing (Eastern half
of the US). What We'llOffer We offer competitive compensation
determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills,
education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this
position to be between $100,000 and $120,000/annually, depending on
experience and market rates in your geographic region. In addition
to base salary, Esdec Solar Group employees are eligible for either
an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your
desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still
apply as there may be other positions that better align. In
