Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global sales and account management strategy
aligned with growth objectives
Lead and scale a high-performing global sales and account
management team, setting KPIs and revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with product
and marketing teams to align sales efforts
Required Qualifications
Extensive direct sales leadership experience with a proven track
record in driving global sales strategies
Significant experience in the EdTech sector
Strong knowledge of global sales operations and tools to drive
sales performance
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on
innovation
Experience building strong relationships with internal and external
customers
