Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Underwriter - VP.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive Credit Offering Memoranda and conduct risk
assessments for commercial lease and loan transactions
Review and approve junior level credit actions and mentor junior
underwriting staff
Direct and oversee underwriters' workflow and assignments to ensure
timely processing
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Accounting and/or
Finance preferred
Minimum 8-10 years of foundational experience in credit analysis
and financial statement analysis
Prior credit authority and experience in approving credits
required
Experience managing the underwriting process and junior staff
preferred
High proficiency in analyzing financial statements and cash flow
required
