Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract/Denial Management Specialist
who will act as a customer liaison and provide support related to
reimbursement data and best practice workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and
training related to RCM software
Explain complex reimbursement methodologies in an understandable
way to clients
Conduct client training and maintain support cases according to
team policies
Required Qualifications
2-year degree or equivalent experience
High degree of self-motivation and strong organizational skills
Ability to positively represent the company
Experience with Payer Reimbursement Methodologies and Denials is
preferred
Understanding of 837 and 835 data elements is a plus
