Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health and Social Services, the Behavioral Health Provider LCSW Psychologist will consult with primary care providers on the assessment and treatment of psychological disorders, substance use disorders, chronic pain, and chronic disease. The Behavioral Health Provider LCSW Psychologist will perform behavioral health screenings, provide crisis intervention, facilitate group interventions, and provide referrals.
