Job Description:

One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist (Clinician - PT)

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care for patients receiving physical therapy services, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcomes
• Complete all required documentation (pre-certifications, physicians reports, daily notes, etc.)
• Evaluate and treat patients of all age and supervise assistants and aides
• Provide excellent physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight
• Maintain open and positive communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third party payors Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Team player with leadership abilities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and clinical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and reporting. License/Certification:
    • Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist program.
    • State licensure/registration as required.
    • Active CPR certification
