the Nursing Director/Shift Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) is
responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing
high quality, individualized patient care using the components of
the nursing process. This position is subject to overtime, shift
work, working holidays and weekends, standby, and callback
