Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 3 years. • BSN completion preferred Requirements: • Candidates must have a California license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 12 months between Staff at Program: AMN Program - Kaiser NCAL • 12 months between Part-Time at Program: AMN Program - Kaiser NCAL • 12 months between Per Diem at Program: AMN Program - Kaiser NCAL Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: No holiday weekend time off will be accepted. Floating between facilities may be expected between Manteca & Modesto or Riverside & Moreno Valley. Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. You must take a 1 year break between staff and travel for ALL Kaiser facilities. Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks. Preferred Skills/Experience: -Five (5) plus years of recent experience (must have occurred within the last two (2) years) in Labor and Delivery is preferred -One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years -High Risk OB experience preferred Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 5 days maximum time off.
