Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our busy, growing practice in Castro Valley, California. This is a full-scope opportunity with a strong emphasis on collaboration, quality, and patient-centered care. Practice Highlights: Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology Busy outpatient practice with active patient waitlist Average 20–24 patients per day in clinic (8-hour clinic days) Surgical opportunities: in-office hysteroscopy, advanced laparoscopy, and robotic surgery Shared call rotation (~1 in 6), covering Eden Medical Center Supportive, collegial team practicing evidence-based medicine Qualifications: MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Active California Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start) Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $355,171 – $413,527 annually Shareholder track position with group ownership potential Comprehensive benefits, including: Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with employer-funded Safe Harbor contribution Professional liability insurance Continuing medical education allowance Leadership development and advancement opportunities Support with mandatory licenses and hospital credentialing About Us: Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is a physician-led, multi-specialty group with over 370 clinicians across 25 specialties in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
