16:30) Description: UNIVERSAL CARE RN with 3 years experience
needed OSHA Risk Category I (High Risk) Writes initial nursing
histories, assesses patient's conditions, develops individual care
plans for patients, and evaluates the effectiveness of the care
plan Demonstrates knowledge of particular care needs when caring
for the infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric
populations Coordinates the delivery of patient care for a group of
patients; directs and assigns patient care assignments to support
personnel Assigns tasks and delegates patient care activities to
subordinates based on the patient's needs and knowledge and skill
of the provider Directs and supervises care provided by
