Job Description:
King City Medical Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Employed New Graduates Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus: $20000
Compensation: Compensation is determined by level of experience.
1-2 yrs: $295,0003-6 yrs: $313,0007-17 yrs: $331,00018-24 yrs:
$349,00025 yrs: $367,000 Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision
insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee.
Paid leave includes 5 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick
days, and 5 days for CME with $4,500 allowance. Loan repayment
options via NHSC and SLRP. 403(b) or 457(b) retirement plans.
Relocation up to $5,000 for in state and $7,500 out of state.
Licensure/DEA reimbursement along with full malpractice insurance
with tail coverage. Additional Info: Provides comprehensive
psychological care, including assessment, diagnosis, counseling,
and psychotherapy for adolescents through geriatrics. Manages cases
involving emotional, behavioral, developmental, and mental health
disorders; performs crisis intervention; and administers
psychological testing. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams,
involves families in care plans, and maintains thorough,
policy-compliant documentation. Supervises departmental staff,
supports quality and safety initiatives, and participates in
research and professional development. Upholds ethical standards,
confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and a positive professional
presence while contributing to continuous improvement
efforts.Supplemental compensation to those providers who agree to
work at our outlying clinics in South County.- Gonzales, Soledad,
Greenfield 15% in addition to regular salary- King City 20% in
addition to regular salary
