Job Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical ABA services to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising and training staff, facilitating parent education, and documenting progress for insurance and clinical review. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistency of care across settings and staying current with research and best practices in behavior analysis.
