a qualified Pediatrics RN in Oakland, California, 94609! Job Title:

BLS AHA PALS Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster
Description: This position requires an experienced Registered Nurse
specializing in Pediatric PACU. The nurse will care for neonates,
infants, and pediatric patients following surgery. A valid
Registered Nurse License and AHA certification in BLS and PALS are
required. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in
Pediatric PACU or Pre-Op settings. Experience in a Trauma Level II
facility is mandatory. The role involves the management of
pediatric patients, including airway assessments and administration
of emergency medications. The Registered Nurse will work in a
fast-paced environment with a daily census of 10-20 patients.
Ability to float to other departments may be required. Candidates
must possess a BSN and have prior travel nursing experience within
the last 12 months. The nurse will participate in special
procedures and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Note that
proof of COVID vaccination and booster is essential for this
position. Training modules will be completed prior to the start of
the position. Candidates must have prior teaching hospital
experience. All tentative requests for time off must be included at
