active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy

opportunity to provide physical therapy services in a school
setting located in Elk Grove, CA. The role involves delivering
quality care to support student health and development, working
collaboratively with educational and healthcare professionals to
enhance student outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct physical
therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans -
Provide therapeutic interventions to address student needs -
Monitor and document student progress regularly - Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals

Qualifications: - Valid physical therapy licensure required -
