Date: 03-03-2026 End Date: 06-23-2026 Contract Type: Travel
Contract Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; every
other weekend (EOW); holidays rotate with core staff;
self-scheduling with schedules released 4 weeks in advance (night
shift) Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour About

Provide high-quality critical care to adult ICU patients, managing
complex medical needs and ventilators Interpret EKG strips and
monitor telemetry to quickly identify and respond to changes
Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, respiratory
therapists, and pharmacy for coordinated patient care Float to
sister facilities and the MedSurg unit as needed while maintaining
safe patient ratios (1:1–1:2) Serve as charge nurse when assigned
(break relief, coordination), and support nursing aides as census
dictates Complete bedside report and Cerner charting with accuracy
and timeliness Participate in self-scheduling, accept occasional
extra shifts or OT, and support holiday rotation Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum 2
years of ICU / critical care nursing experience Required
certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS, PALS (AHA)
Demonstrated competency in ventilator management and EKG
interpretation Relias Dys exam required prior to acceptance (must
be completed within 24–48 hours of acceptance unless taken within
the last 12 months); two attempts allowed Two supervisory
references required at submittal (charge acceptable): one within 12
months and one within 3 years Able to float to sister facilities
and MedSurg when needed Education Active RN license required (BSN
not required) Knowledge & Skills Strong critical care assessment
and clinical decision-making Ventilator settings, weaning
principles, and troubleshooting Telemetry monitoring and EKG strip
interpretation Experience with Cerner EMR for accurate
documentation Comfort working in 12-hour night ICU shifts and
adapting to floating Charge nurse duties and team coordination
