Job Description Job Description We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered outpatient therapy services focused on reducing pain, restoring function, and preventing injury. This role supports a variety of treatment programs, including orthopedic rehabilitation and aquatic therapy, within a collaborative clinical environment. What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, and injury-related conditions Deliver and support aquatic therapy programs as appropriate Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve functional goals Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with occupational and hand therapy specialists as needed Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Arizona Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy preferred Interest or experience in aquatic therapy a plus Strong patient communication and clinical decision-making skills Benefits Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Competitive compensation package Supportive, patient-focused clinical environment Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Collaborative, team-oriented workplace
