Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available for the 2025/2026 school year at a K-12 school in Fremont, CA. This contract position offers the chance to support a diverse student population across multiple school sites, fostering developmental growth and educational success. The role involves working closely with students within a school setting, providing targeted therapy services to enhance their academic and functional abilities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of 55-60 students across three different school sites, with itinerant travel scheduled to avoid multiple sites in one day. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student assessments and educational goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations and progress reports. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant school-based experience, preferably with a strong background in high school settings. Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality service delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school personnel. Flexibility and organization to handle itinerant responsibilities across multiple school sites.
