provider seeking full-time Flight Paramedics to join our elitecrew
in Modesto, CA . As a Flight Paramedic, you’ll be on the front
lines ofcritical care, delivering rapid response and advanced
medical support to thosein urgent need. Your expertise will play a
vital role in ensuring swift andeffective medical transport during

Collaborateeffectively with flight teams, patients, and external
healthcare providers. Operateand maintain medical equipment and
supplies to ensure readiness foremergencies. Participatein ongoing
training and education to maintain and elevate care standards.
Rotationalschedule based on operational needs. Requirements: Active
Paramedic Certification in the state of employment. Minimumof 3
years of paramedic field experience in a busy
911/pre-hospitalservice (5 years preferred). Currentcertifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP andinstructor
certifications preferred). FP-Ccertification within24 months of
hire. Flightor transport experience preferred. Successfulcompletion
of the Medical Group education/orientation program.
Bachelor'sdegree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills, including verbal
clarity in person andover the phone. Basiccomputer skills for
electronic charting, email, and reporting. Abilityto pass a
pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength
andflexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds),
drug screening,and background check. Mustmaintain body weight below
