California: Start ASAP for 13 weeks, working Monday through Friday,
8-hour days. You will spend 3 days each week visiting patients in
their homes, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities,
averaging 5 visits per day. The other 2 days are dedicated to phone
triage, offering flexibility and revisiting patients as directed by
the nurse practitioner. Charting is clinic-based, focusing on basic
assessments and reporting SBAR to practitioners or physicians. Home
