opening for a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract at a
skilled nursing facility in Hayward, CA. Details: • Specialty: SNF

Current and valid Montana Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Minimum 1 years of recent SNF experience as a Physical Therapist
within the last 2 years preferred • Current BLS certification
required • Strong documentation and patient care skills • Ability
to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
