Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point
of contact for our customers and consumers. The CSR---s assist our
customers while providing a positive experience. This requires
identifying and providing proactive and immediate solutions for our
customers when needed. The CSR is also responsible for managing a
set of accounts and processing orders through SAP. The CSR develops
and builds relationships with accounts. The CSR will also provide
administrative support as needed.Essential FunctionsCustomer
Communication--- Respond and follow up on inquiries verbal/written
with customers, vendors and consumerso Includes internal and
external customerso Utilizes Zendesk to address comments, questions
and complaintso Follows up and follows through on all customer
comments, questions and complaintsAccount Management--- Processes
EDI, email, fax and phone orders--- Coordinates transportation---
Follows orders through to deliveryAdministrative Supporto Prepares
reports for shipping/receiving, sales, production, inventory, or as
requested.o Provide administrative support for management and team
as neededo Document scanningo Good, clear written correspondenceo
Coordinates and assists with events and activities as requestedo
