We are looking for Store Manager.What it's like working hereEach store operates on a lean and close-knit group of team members and managers. This enables each employee to have a direct impact in the success of our company.ResponsibilitiesThe store manager is responsible for the overall management of the store, including but not limited to meeting and exceeding store sales and sales budgets, customer service, merchandising standards, executing company policies and procedures, loss prevention, payroll budgets, staffing, and associate development.This position with cover the Hayward and Newark stores.What you will need

• At least 2 years minimum retail management experience as a Store Manager
• High School Diploma
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to constructively coach others to succeed
• Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Standing for long periods of time
