Being a part of the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Coordinator will support various HR projects for Company Wide Training Program, HRIS maintenance and HR personnel files. Exciting opportunity to get cross functional exposure into Corporate HR and be able to make an immediate impact on day one.Responsibilities
    • Scanning HR files and placing them into electronic personnel files.
    • HRIS clean up. Company is preparing to move to another HRIS system and would like their data complete before the new system rollout. This would involve Pulling reports from our HR system to determine missing fields and helping cleanse the data. Ex: Verifying employee's code for EEO, Workers Comp, etc. This would also involve pulling out documents from the system to place into their electronic personnel file and /or have ready to upload into our new system.
    • Setting up a series of Zoom calls (in a particular way with breakout rooms) that will help support a Company wide training that will be taking place.
