Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. HR Analyst, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a compensation partner to HR Business Partners and
business leaders for job evaluations, benchmarking, and offer
support
Audit data for integrity, maintain job codes in the SuccessFactors
system, and analyze reports for business insights
Participate in compensation surveys, analyze results, and support
year-end program activities, including audits and updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related
field
3-5 years of experience in Compensation or related fields
Proven analytical and computer software capabilities
Progress towards or attainment of CCP preferred
Knowledge of US compensation regulations and laws
