Coordinator Location: Mather, CA 95655 Shift: Day Shift, (8:00am -
5:00pm) Position Summary The Coordinator assists in the development
and execution of recruitment philosophies, plans, strategies, and
tactics to support physician hiring goals. This position requires a
high level of professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and
attention to detail. Job Accountabilities: Assist Physician
Recruiters in monitoring and managing the candidate pipeline by:
Forwarding applications and transfer requests to hiring managers.
Maintaining applicant referral tracking logs. Notifying recruitment
staff of changes in position status. Screening calls and
sourcing/referring candidates to hiring managers when the recruiter
is unavailable, based on position requirements. Support the new
hire process by preparing new hire packets, drafting job offer and
confirmation letters, and communicating status updates to
candidates. Communicate with potential applicants in compliance
with applicable employment laws, guidelines, and organizational
employment practices. Conduct candidate searches within applicant
tracking systems as requested by the recruiter or as deemed
necessary. Assist in planning, developing, and implementing
proactive physician recruitment strategies. Coordinate recruitment
advertising campaigns in collaboration with advertising agencies,
including newspaper, direct mail, and professional journal
placements, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of qualified
candidates. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion,
and professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
Ensure confidential information and communications are handled
appropriately during routing and distribution. Abilities: High
School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or equivalent
education/experience required. Minimum of one (1) year of recent,
relevant experience in recruitment coordination, human resources,
or administrative support. Strong written and verbal communication
skills with excellent listening abilities. Demonstrated customer
service and organizational skills. Ability to handle highly
confidential information with discretion. Strong prioritization
skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment. High attention to detail and ability to maintain
accuracy while working with timelines and solving problems in
real-time. Proficiency with computer applications and office
equipment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Benefit
