Manager – King City, CA Location : King City, CA Salary : 132,000 -
$174,000 Annually Role Summary: Manage Emergency and Respiratory
Therapy departments with 24/7 accountability for staff, operations,
and resources. Lead daily department operations, staffing, and
compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee personnel, budgeting, and
material resources Coordinate staffing based on patient acuity
Supervise and lead ED and Respiratory Therapy staff Monitor
staffing records, metrics, and department performance
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum
2 years progressive ED experience Active, unencumbered CA RN
license AHA BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required Company
