Job Description Job Description JOB DETAILS Position Title: Manager of Surgical Services Location: King City, CA 93930 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: Day Shift Salary Range: $132,000–$170,000 annually (based on years of experience) Benefits: Full-time benefits included QUALIFICATIONS Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing – Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Required CNOR certification – Preferred Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, including at least 2 years as a circulating RN in surgery – Required One year of post-anesthesia care experience – Preferred Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience – Preferred Licensing & Certifications Current California RN license – Required AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required Language Requirements Strong written and verbal English communication skills – Required Skills & Competencies Maintains composure and responds effectively during emergencies Identifies and evaluates surgical department issues and implements both short-term and long-term solutions Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 4 or more hours per day Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds for 3–4 hours per day Moderate exposure to hazardous waste and chemicals Special Requirements Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with others Ability to delegate duties and maintain efficient operational standards Additional Considerations Ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, peers, and ancillary departments Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
