management experience within design or UX organizations. Experience
with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user
centered development tools and methodologies. Experience leading
day-to-day operations and initiatives across an organization.
Preferred qualifications: MBA or graduate degree in a management,
technical, engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading operational and strategic initiatives across an
organization. Experience in data analysis and building spreadsheets
or dashboards to explore hypotheses and develop strategic
recommendations for organizational investments. Experience with SQL
and ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring
actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills, impeccable
business judgment, and skilled at stakeholder management and

team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to

Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a
passion for user experience to improve the design of products used
by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones,
assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are
met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and
cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create
innovative experiences. The Consumer Shopping UX team is
responsible for the user insights and experiences to make Google
the best place for people to start their shopping and travel
journeys, and to support merchants in reaching billions of

full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Guide and optimize UX operational processes for
product development efficiency and flexibility, including scope
definition and prioritization, documentation and tracking. Partner
with cross-functional stakeholders and support organization-wide
business and manage a single, consolidated process for resource
allocation and prioritization and participate in Quarterly Business
Reviews (QBRs) and design reviews. Identify high-priority issues in
a given domain and bootstrap the initiatives to address them,
working with cross-functional partners. Define and execute program
analysis that supports organizational transparency and
decision-making, including portfolio strategy (headcount allocation
and cross-functional team alignment and review) and organizational
health and wellbeing. Provide clear communication to executive
leadership and stakeholders regarding operational status, risks,
and priorities.
