This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated leasing matters across a variety of property types, including office, retail, industrial, and life sciences. The position is available in multiple major U.S. markets. Key Responsibilities Serve as lead attorney in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements (transfer consents, SNDAs, lender subordination agreements, letters of intent, work letters, etc.) Supervise junior leasing attorneys and provide guidance on complex matters Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, brokers, property managers, and other stakeholders Deliver efficient, business-oriented solutions that align with clients’ objectives Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of the office applied for Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial leasing and related agreements Strong background in landlord representation across multiple property types Excellent negotiating, drafting, and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines efficiently Desired Skills Deep understanding of commercial leasing markets and “market” terms for various lease structures Experience with life sciences leases is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $250,000 – $300,000 (depending on geographic market and qualifications) Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and additional perks Hybrid work environment with in-office expectations Why Join This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Real Estate Group at a global firm, work on complex and high-value leasing matters, and take on leadership responsibilities in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
