SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Trademark Paralegal who will assist with all facets of Trademark Prosecution. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of trademark experience in a mid to large law firm setting. Candidates can be based from San Francisco, Palo Alto, LA or San Diego. The successful candidate will also have experience conducting, reviewing and analyzing SAEGIS trademark searches in U.S. and International databases. Other duties include: Conducting, reviewing and analyzing trademark searches in U.S. and International databases such as SAEGIS; Reviewing, analyzing and reporting on comprehensive trademark searches from outside trademark search vendors such as CT Corsearch and Thomson CompuMark; Reviewing watch notices; preparing and assisting in the prosecution of trademark applications, communicating with the USPTO and foreign associates and maintaining clients' portfolios; Proficiency with use of the USPTO’s online filing systems, including TEAS, the Assignment Branch andthe TTAB (Trademark Trial and Appeal Board).Overtime will be required https://sourceprosearch.com/
