Description:2 Openings for the morning shift:- Shift starts between 5-7 AM, they will have the schedule posted the week before.- Overtime is mandatory, normally they will not work more than 2 hours of overtime, and they will find out about it around the lunch break.- Days off will be a weekday and Saturday.- Sunday is a work day!- They work on Holidays, they will be paid a premium to do so. For the first two to three days they will be mostly working on safety tests. They will have to pass and finish all of the courses. Once they finish with Rudy, they begin working.6 areas that team members rotate through: 1. Prepper, 2. Trays, 3. Washer, 4. Tracer, 5. Crosser and 6. LineIn these positions they will be:- Helping clean the trays that come back dirty from deliveries. These trays are slid into a prep station where they are soaked, cleaned and sanitized.- Once trays are cleaned, they are stacked 20-30 high and taken to the placing station where dough is placed in tray.- They will be working on the processing line, where eventually they will be expected to keep up to the rhythm of 1000 trays per hour.- Each position is held to its own set of standards.Skills:Production, General production, Packaging, heavy lifting, GMP, Food, food preparation, food prepAdditional Skills & Qualifications:- Will need to be Heavy Lifters- Will be consistently lifting 50 lbs, but will work with others in it is a heavier lift.- Must be able to read and write in English- Need at least 1 year of production experience- Reliability, team player and respect are important qualities for them.Mixing: Takes 3 weeks to a month to learn this. Batching - it is a batch of dough.
