Start your phenomenal career with Allied Universal - today!Description:The Identity Management Analyst (Badging Coordinator) is the first point of contact for all new-hires, employees and Contractor badge requests. Due to the importance of this role, it is critical for the Identity Management Analyst to be courteous, helpful, organized, have the ability to multi-task, stay motivated and have a HIGH level of Customer Service. The Identity Management Analyst acts as a liaison between contractors, employees, security, administrators, HR, Facilities and other internal departments to ensure all parties are aware of company access control policies and procedures. The Identity Management Analyst must maintain a high degree of communication skills, organization, and professionalism at all times to ensure all access control issues are efficiently resolved. Responsibilities:

  • Manage badging requests and emails in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot badges.
  • Maintain and manage Symmetry access control.
  • Support the onboarding team with new-hires.
  • Complete and carry out all necessary documentation for Contractor Badge Requests.
  • Excellent knowledge-base of image resizing and photo editing.
  • Document daily, weekly and quarterly global badging audits.
  • Effectively use various software including but not limited to electronic ticketing and management systems and other software packages, as needed.
  • Maintain current working knowledge of all access and electronic security systems the team uses (access control systems).
  • Review all escalations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in system review and problem solving program enhancement including the development, implementation, and support of the access management platform.
  • Responsible for maintaining global badging supplies.
  • Effectively train new staff on badging and access control protocols.Expectations:

    • All employees meet training standards and requirements.
    • All employee relations are managed appropriately.
    • All contracts are managed according to company and client requirements. Contract compliance is everybody's responsibility.Qualifications:Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with others. Must be able to lead a team during an emergency and maintain a level headed approach in times of high stress. Must be able to reprioritize work in an ever changing environment. Possess knowledge in security and emergency management systems and processes.Other requirements or competencies:
      • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills required. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and listen intently.
      • Strong command of the English language.
      • Must be able to multitask effectively.
      • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with the ability to work independently.
      • Must be able to utilize common sense to identify and solve problems, and/or determine if and when an incident is required to be escalated to management for guidance.
      • Must be able to provide and follow instructions and remain calm and levelheaded during an emergency or incident situation.
      • Average or above average computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize required security systems.

        • Be at least 18 years of age.
        • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience where sites allow for non-driving positions
